I am primarily going to use this site to keep track of my marathon training but it is a high possiblity that it will quickly to expand to cover other rhelms of my life.

Yay! So, I was watching a dvr'd episode of biggest loser last night and coincidentally this episode they were all challenged to run a half marathon (13 miles) after only 10 weeks of being at the ranch. The majority of them were still over 200lbs at this point, but ALL were able to finish! Some of them without even walking once! It's amazing what we can train our bodies to do in such a short time. I look forward to cheering you on from the sidelines in October ;)
